Rates

I know that communications budgets can vary greatly (or not exist at all)! To that end, I've listed three package options below, designed for varying financial capabilities. If you do not wish to choose a package, I also offer a non-profit hourly rate for any copywriting, editing, or design work you may need on an ad hoc basis.

All packages and specific work requirements below are flexible and can be tailored to fit your needs. Let's have a discussion!

Package 1 
$1800/month + HST | ~20 hours per week

NEWSLETTERS

  • Collecting content from all relevant individuals and committees, copy-editing, and managing your mail-out process using your email marketing platform (Mailchimp/Constant Contact, etc.)

  • Growing and maintaining your subscriber list(s).

  • Monitoring and monthly reporting of your newsletter performance, including open rates, click rates and subscriber actions.
     

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Managing and maintaining your total social media presence, including developing and deploying campaign strategies, creating graphics, and maintaining an active and relevant online presence.

  • Providing monthly social media analytics to evaluate performance, including engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and click-through rates.


WEBSITE​

  • Maintaining your existing website by uploading new content, events or programs as needed and removing/editing outdated content. 


GRAPHIC DESIGN (PRINT & DIGITAL)

  • Creating flyers, posters, brochures, social media graphics, and other materials as needed with quick turnaround when necessary.

  • Arranging for the printing and delivery of any hard copy materials directly to your chosen location.

MISC

  • Attending virtual meetings where my presence or participation will be helpful.

  • Providing thoughtful advice or suggestions to improve your current communications vehicles.

  • Helping you create or improve your brand voice/logo/style guide, if desired.

  • Other requests as needed.

Package 2 

$1200/month + HST | ~10 hours per week

NEWSLETTERS

  • Collecting content from all relevant individuals and committees, copy-editing, and managing your mail-out process using your email marketing platform (Mailchimp/Constant Contact, etc.)
     

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Managing and maintaining your social media presence, including creating graphics and maintaining an active and relevant online presence.

 

WEBSITE​

If the packages above don't fit your needs or your budget, I also offer a non-profit rate of $45/hour (+ HST) for any design, writing, editing, or other relevant work you may need on an ad hoc basis.
